Pros

Work from home....that's it. Unless you don't meet their unrealistic "QA" goal, then you're forced to come back to the office, unless you live out of state, lol.

Cons

Was my dream job until about 2 months ago when they hired an outside "manager" that suffers from LMS (Little Man Syndrome). First thing he changed was forcing those that have put in there time and earned the Mon-Fri shift to come in on Saturdays, great start! From that point on its been constant micro managing with daily emails reminding reps that they were "three minutes late" coming back from lunch. From there it's just snowballed to the point everyone that once looked forward to coming to work no dreads it. Moral is the lowest I've seen in the entire six years I've been with the bank. The sad part is that these are amazingly talented reps that any other bank would be proud to have, and I'm sure they'll get their chance very soon, at least with myself they will. What a shame how they pride themselves on "looking out for people" unless your an employee, in which case they allow an outsider with a Neopoleon complex come in and no one will stand up and say "this is not Huntingtons culture history". Used to be my dream job.

Pros

Coworkers were very nice, decent pto, and I learned a lot. Initially the role was nice and I liked the coworkers. It was a great resume builder.

Cons

- very difficult to get promoted from within. not just for me, but everyone on the team. - If you do well you will start being given the work of other people. Not minor amounts either, but multiple large processes. - multiple coworkers work evenings and weekends but manager will claim you shouldn’t. - pay for position is now 30% higher for new grads but annual “merit” increase was 2-3% - When I did well, my manager would reward me by assigning more work -threats of layoffs
