      Pros

      Not really sure, they offered the typical benefits and the teams I worked with were standard.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and communication. One team got laid off and leadership lied to that team for months (when asked if company was considering RIFs, leadership directly said "no, dont worry" when they could've said something along the lines of always keep your options open or something like that).

      Pros

      The Elevate program enabled me to transition from BA work to being a programmer. My boss is fair and allows me a flexible work schedule with appointments and disability. VERY engaged Business Resource Groups. Nice workout facility managed by OhioHealth at the Easton campus. People will go out of their way to make you feel included and want to see you succeed.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits could be better. I entered the role with prior experience in the IT field and didn't feel that my pay reasonably reflected the 2-3 years of experience I had before the role. Work hours are only increasing, averaging 55 hours/wk. Long, manual implementations lasting well into the night every month. Inefficient workflows (waterfall). Niche toolset for Incentives management, low-code with Varicent.
