      - Got along with colleagues - Pay is ok - PTO is ok

      Cons

      - Management was bad, not much leadership. - It's sale sale sale and pushed down the CEB's throats to sell constantly. - If you take PTO you might get put on schedule for 2 to 3 Saturdays in a row. Even if they say its rotated fairly. - Manager will not listen to you - Work life balance is laughable. - They say they care for customers but leaves customers unhappy standing in line for hours, and when you try to help them and move the line you get reprimanded instead. - Everything communicated through FRB instead of branch manager. - I've seen retaliation towards some colleagues. - Surveys from customers are everything to them (even through its not always accurate)
