Pros

The customers and knowledge I had gained.

Cons

My co-workers purposely set me up to fail, I guess it's annoying to be an introvert. A week after I told my boss that I was pregnant she fired me. On paper it says because I did the process of a change order wrong even though I cost the bank nothing, but in reality my manager didn't want to deal with a pregnant lady. I've never witnessed anyone getting yelled and screamed for being pregnant before. I feel like if I was at a different branch I could have flourished. My manager wouldn't allow a transfer.

Pros

Lots of pretty office perks.

Cons

Too much money spent on office perks and not on employee pay/raises. More interested in being the focus of your family and life then actually letting you have your family life.

Pros

Nice people to work with. Decent starting salary of $20 per hour.

Cons

Altho you are given nearly 4 weeks of PTO time, good luck being able to schedule them when you want to use the! Bonus pay is low, only $600 is the most you can earn per month. But, they do everything they can to be sure that you DON'T even get that! As a collector, typically you are used to being rated on your collection performance, not here! They don't seem to care anything about money collected or delinquency. You are instead rated on your time between calls, how long your breaks are and Quality Assurance calls (good luck mastering that, there is no consistency!) You will also spend a good portion of your week just sitting waiting for inbound calls because it seems nobody is qualified to come up with a dialer strategy that actually keeps dialing customers! As far as procedures are concerned...you will be ran in circles trying to keep up with how things are done. They are ever changing and never really fully explained.
