Pros

There are no pros I can think of. They’ve lost so many employees over the last 9 months.

Cons

Pay is garbage No work life balance No direction Too many teams meetings that can be an email Extremely high turnover They pay new employees more than current employees. When current employees find out it causes a huge problem. Awful leadership and upper management No room for growth or to move up Management has favorites Upper management doesn’t seem to know what’s going on ever Customer hate the bank as much as employees

Pros

Great culture and many departments to work in.

Cons

With the merger, Huntington refused to give MN employees raises because we already made a “great wage” compared to the Ohio employees. However, in Minneapolis the cost of living is more expensive than Columbus. We were expected to move depts and take on more tasks (including customer calls) for our TCF wage of $17/hour. As an employee, internal HR will ignore you for literally weeks. Emailing or calling HR with questions about the merger, new roles, severance would require 3+ weeks for a response. This happened to myself and colleagues multiple times since Spring 2021.

Pros

Great colleagues. Current work from home flex schedules, not expected to be permanent. Decent bonus plan.

Cons

Every department is stressed & overworked. Management is aware does not seem to care their employees are struggling. Annual raises are insulting, generally between 1-2%. Zero work/life balance. Limitations put on PTO last week of every month and severe restrictions Q4 of the year.
