Pros
Very competitive starting pay for a new hire.
Cons
Pay for existing employees is not nearly as competitive as new, to the point of being insulting. Branch management is petty, manipulative & unethical; district management and corporate will gladly look the other way, as long as the branch sales are being met. Benefits are laughable. VSP for vision is good, but dental is only 50% coverage, and health insurance is only offered via a high deductible plan, meaning your deductible will be over $12000 for family coverage.
