      Pros

      Decent pay company has a 20.00 minimum. Hours are good and most employees and customers are great as well. Benefits are good. Provide career apparel and Company has lots of events in the community to raise money for cancer research.

      Cons

      Speaking as a branch colleague for reference Goals are too high to meet, majority sales job to get new credit cards new money and loans. Higher management pressures managers and colleagues all day to get more money and “find someone to help” but they really just want more appointments set. Only certain things matter to reach goals and many branches are short staffed. If you like sales you will like this job but if not the teller position is all sales.
