Pros

No late working hours is nice.

Cons

No pay raises. They will increase minimum pay but give nothing to those who are above it.

Call center appreciations

Pros

Pay is amazing . Especially considering they require no prior call center experience and they give 8 full weeks of training paid with benefits starting the first day. The support system is huge inside and outside of training. Once divided into your team you can utilize the chat for help, supervisor lines, one notes from training, max procedures, and other managers also monitor for assistance as well. Right now they are allowing work from home with a minimum of one day on site.

Cons

The rating system for bankers is weighed heavily on feedback from customers. While this is appreciated in the long run, when you are having to deliver bad news to someone it can be frustrating to get a negative score from them.
