The "secret" of the majority of tutoring companies is that it is primarily 1:1, so the progress is made because of the time and attention. Significantly high turnover in employees, illustrating the fact that they are not considered as important, and no support given whatsoever in the form of verbal appreciation, benefits of any kind, or recognition of longevity.
