There are no Pros to working for this company and their berating management.

Cons

Do not believe the schedule is what they say. Be prepared to be pressured to work on your days off all the time. More meetings to get more money. If you do not go in, you will be targeted.

The only positive aspects of my time at this company were the center staff, teachers and co workers.

I have held off reviewing this company because all the negatives have been said and I completely agree. What has prompted me to write this is how hysterical I find the newest mission of the company, which is to make up fake positive reviews, bully current employees into writing false positive reviews, and writing "rebuttals" to poor reviews acting like higher management cares about change. Unless you are truly a sales person, avoid this company. They are not even remotely about the child, training of staff is not about education,rather it is about manipulating test results and emotions to make the highest sale. Turnover is the highest I have ever seen, in 10 years my center was never fully staffed. They will abuse you and work you into the ground. You will never be good enough for them, goals are entirely unattainable and not sustainable. Please take my advise and run from this company!!!!!
