The Job emphasizes that you find a work strategy that engages them to actually learn. Program is relatively the same, and once you learn the steps, it becomes much smoother to teach.

Cons

Students are never consistent. Some are able to keep up with their task and show dedication. Others do not work well. Going with little teaching experience means you won't be able to adjust to benefit the student.

Friendly management. Great location in a more well-off area so the kids here are quite respectful. I havent dealt with any unruly students. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Pay is not very competitive. Test prep materials are rather lacking. Not enough quality exercises
