Just a terrible place to work

Pros

I honestly cannot think of any. There is nothing redeeming about this company or the way it treats its employees.

Cons

The pay was awful. They promise commission for hitting monthly goals as a center but set unattainable numbers. The hours are long and the only way to get ahead is to "drink the koolaid" and pretend that Huntington is the greatest place ever.

Cons

Expected to do sales, marketing, administrative work - TOO MUCH for one person. Simply put. No matter what, you're told you are not managing your time correctly. No, they demand that you do the work of at least 4 employees.

Work with people with incredibly hard work ethic, which was refreshing. Very good salary as Center Director

Cons

No personal life possible. I generally worked from 8am- 12:00am.
