Pros

The kids at the center are nice. That's the only good thing I can say about this place. Nothing else is good there.

Cons

Very toxic and negative environment. Directors all look miserable like they hate their job and don't want to be there. Minimal guidance is given for in-center training. Extremely corporate. If you like being a miserable robot that looks out only for yourself and never have an opinion besides "Huntington is great!" Then this is the place for you.

Pros

They do give you great training and its pretty intense.

Cons

They do not give you a lot of room to see if you can really do the job after the long training. The district manager is real tool as well. A real micro managing lady who does not give you room to breath. I have worked for a lot of people and she could be the worst.

Pros

I found working for this company to be somewhat fulfilling. Helping students do better was the best part, hands down.

Cons

Unless you want to be a salesperson, don't do anything but tutor for this company. As an AD, I had to go into schools and businesses and try to bring in new business. As Managing Director, my meetings with parents were less about the student and more about keeping the kids there as long as possible. Plus the salaries suck. They charge between $50 and $75 per hour, per student and as MD (second in command) I was making $15 an hour. The bulk of my "salary" was supposed to come from bonuses earned by enrolling students.
