Pros

Love being able to just focus on teaching. The student programs are set up for the teachers and there are no parent meetings. The full-time staff and owners really work with the teachers to make it a positive learning environment.

Cons

Hours vary week to week.

kids were nice and funny sometimes, relaxed environment, friendly coworkers

Cons

Little flexibility, they schedule you "on call" sometimes without proper notice and you have to come in if they call you, so it is difficult to make plans. Not enough training by an actual employee. They just hand you a big binder and expect you to read it and basically train yourself, then get mad when you do not know how to do something correctly.
