      Some truly great teachers. Good experience with students of all learning levels. No lessoning planning. Flexible schedule.

      High teacher/management turnover. Poorly trained management/teachers. Outdated materials. Limited hours, especially in the summer.

      Pros

      - fulfilling work knowing that you are making a difference for someone - working with kids is refreshing - low stress environment -flexible hours and work schedule. They are willing to work around me

      Cons

      -Corporate could stand to update their teaching materials even though the current curriculum is effective. -personal opinion: curriculum is too content focused for ACT prep. Should be more focused on test taking skills.
