Working towards the benefit of students through a structured program. Good company focus on student success and providing staff with competencies. Good opportunities to gain experience in management.

Cons

A lot of work for not much pay. A lot of administrative tasks to complete that takes away time from individual attention to students. Constant uncertainty of revenue flow.
