      Decent place to start off a tutoring career, but they give almost no job training.

      Pros

      Office personnel are organized, and the tutoring materials are well put together and thought through. This would be a good place to learn how to tutor certain subjects.

      Cons

      There was literally no job training, and I had to learn the rules of my job by trial and error. The people who were running the place were so busy all the time that I felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking questions. Also, pay was not great.

      Pros

      Students, Staff, Management, Teaching Methods, and Results are generally great.

      Cons

      Staff is underpaid. Books are a bit old from the seventies to the nineties. Computers are out of date.

      Pros

      They offer many insights on both content and general test taking strategies. A wide range of students can benefit from their program whether they are seriously struggling or even if they are among the top in their class.

      Cons

      No clear enforcement to guarantee the company's core values are being followed. There is little in the way of career opportunities. There is sometimes pressure to move students along even when they are still struggling to get a concept--this is because the training can be very comprehensive and many students have significant gaps in their general education.
