      People were great but the scheduling was awful

      Pros

      The students are very receptive to learning the techniques presented clearly in the material. The book is laid out in an easy to use fashion.

      Cons

      The schedule changed constantly. My hours were never consistent week to week, and several times they requested that I clear my schedule to work a certain time and cancelled when that time came.

      The management often asks employees to come early or stay late, Almost no training provided, Resources unorganized, Schedule for each day sent out the night before

      Not sure that I can think of any other than working with the kids.

      Cons

      Extremely long hours expected Ethically this company takes simple needs for tutoring to a financed loan. The cost is insane. The testing is unethical.
