      i honestly don't have anything bad to say about working at HLC. Yes, it's very part-time but that is explained to you at the beginning. Yes, the pay rate is not going to make you a millionaire, but since the program is laid out for you, you don't really have to come up with any teaching ideas or plan any lessons on your own. You just follow the plan that's printed out for you, which means you shouldn't be paid the equivalent of a teacher's salary or even a private tutor's salary because you have much less work to do. In the center where I work, all of the teachers/management are friendly and competent. I only wish it could be full time!

      -Has Flexible work hours which allow for workers to attend college -Helps improve skill sets, for example public speaking and dealing with paper work

      Cons

      -The pay is not enough to get by on if you are looking at this for a full time job -If students cancel you are not paid for showing up.
