Pros

The culture was good with previous management, people were motivated and work hard to turn around loss making business.

Cons

With it current strategy, management style and culture, the business is difficult to survive the competition from its major competitors. There were lot of top management leaving their job to look for other opportunities because they know the ship is sinking.
