      Pros

      A proces Operator work is easy. Pay ranges from 28.75 to 42 an hour

      Cons

      They over work operators. The OT that an operator will put in is 500 plus a year some put in 1000 hours OT. This job will fire you fast they do not care if you been there 15 years or more

      Majority of co-workers are kind and helpful.

      Cons

      Processes that do not work, tiered separatist mentality amongst leadership roles, if you are promoted to management you will regret it, constant hypocrisy of Overtime (push/then pull it away when accidents occur), no motivation to stay and deal with berating from site manager practically daily.

      Pros

      It's kind of like family and you are the step child if you are a person of color. Hang with the other similarly colored people to survive.

      Cons

      Leadership is made of the same type of people - lack creativity, mission, purpose to see beyond the same old projects. It has been years since we have actually developed any new products. Company grows by acquisitions - not innovation.
