      Benefits are amazing. Had a great leader who communicated, supported and developed me in my role.

      Some policies are very outdated and need to be modernized like remote work options.

      Pros

      Good location in Shanghai, China Many nice people Pressure from work is manageable. Management is not so aggressive to drive business by passing down the pressure. An atmosphere of family in workplace

      In Asia, VP is packing some key positions that are not so challenging with a bunch of suck-ups(not just yes man), enabling a culture of “yes man can be rewarded “ in whole organization. Through my 3-years employment out there, I would say that management appreciated your skills of sucking-up more than your skills to get job done professionally. If you haven’t aspirations to grow career through the way of proving your capabilities, and feel comfortable to work in a “yes man ” culture, Huntsman is a good place to stay, seriously.
