      OK, place to work. Good work life balance. Pay is somewhat lower than competitors.

      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere. Good work life balance. Short work day on Fridays. Some good benefits with profit sharing. Is walking distance to the mall.

      Cons

      Promotions are sometimes hard to get if your manager does not want you to leave your current position even if you are really wanted in the new position.

      Pros

      Huntsman has great work culture. They are best in what they do. Top management is very good. They will reward if you perform well.

      Cons

      Growth in the company is not that good because overall industry in which they are not doing good. Cross functional learning in low.
