      Pros

      Work isn't too difficult; management isn't breathing down our throat; Safety is a huge culture at Huntsman; Location is very nice, as is the facility.

      Cons

      There is a superior attitude by management and upward movement is very limited. The bonuses and pay aren't great... usually at/below inflation rates, unless you get a promotion (about 1x/5 years)

      Pros

      They really want to help their employees grow into new jobs & meet full potential. Mgr. of my group within our dept is exceptional. Benefits are awesome. No cap on lifetime insurance coverage which is unheard of.

      Cons

      Merger anxiety mainly with the entire Hexion thing going on. Also Huntsman doesn't pay the highest in the industry
