It's a sinking boat. Not many people left as they cut a lot of people. It is literally a "Lean company," maybe an understatement. Too much work and ridiculously high expectations. Outdated systems and tools that don't help and create more work. People with all the expertise have left so new people can't survive and leave as well. Very high turnover. Employee retention is non existent. They also don't support employees' professional growth. They cut all support for any type of training or professional development. Morale is at an all time low level. Also, salary is very low compared to the market.

Some decisions have been made in efforts to cut costs, mostly in personnel, that have caused a significantly larger decrease in quality than increase in value.
