Pros

I joined Huntswood in September 2014, and can honestly say I have loved working here, which is a feeling you get throughout the office. Everyone makes an effort to integrate with one and other, regardless of seniority, making for a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. At the Start of 2015 we moved into our amazing new offices, on our return from the new year party in Paris - its fair to say the staff here are fully rewarded for their hard work, and you really feel valued as an individual. Plenty of opportunities for personal development, with qualification sponsorship on offer, as well as numerous training courses. All in all, a great company to be a part of, a great environment to be in, and a great place to start a career. I would recommend Huntswood without question.

Cons

I dont feel there are an negatives or cons associated with working for Huntswood. Since joining, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company.

Pros

Huntswood is a great place to work. Being a working mum the pressures of home life and work are always challenging, but the culture at Huntswood has always supported that. Over the years I have been on numerous training courses to develop my career here at Huntswood and I have always been encouraged to learn new skills and grow, which I have done. The people I have worked with over the years have really inspired me and Huntswood keep recruiting great people. I can honestly say it has been a pleasure working for such a fantastic company, working with passionate, honest and fun people. And on top of that, we now have amazing new offices!! :)

Cons

There aren't cons working for a company like Huntswood as they really do treat their staff extremely well. Which is obvious from the awards we have won, being placed in the top 100 Sundays Times best companies award - again in 2015!

Pros

The leadership really believe in our purpose to help our clients enhace their reputation with their customers and attach great importance to delivering the best possible outcome from specialist resourcing or consultancy projects that we undertake. This transcends through the organisation, so you find yourself working from day to day with like minded people with similar values who are passionate about forming relationships and developing solutions to help our clients. Investment in employees and their development is top-class. The opportunity to get new experiences, learn new skills, grow and develop if you work hard, show willing and demonstrate the values of the firm is unlimited. In my 4 years at Huntswood I have been given the opportunity to work in 3 different departments and have been promoted 3 times. Being a small / medium firm if you really want to you can make a difference you can. There are some pretty amazing company do's

Cons

It depends which way you look at it, but this company never stands still and it is always looking for better ways to do things; this inevitably means that everyone is extremely busy, the expectation of delivery is ever-present and you find yourself under pressure from time to time. It doesn't have to be a bad thing as those who embrace it deliver tend to do well for themselves
