      Unlimited areas to focus and pursue. Mission aligned consulting with HEd and Healthcare industry, Work with some fantastic individuals, very high performing group.

      Cons

      Easy to get stuck at mid-level. Manager role is the workhorse of the leverage model and it is difficult to make the transition from Manager to Director or beyond, as your talents are needed to focus on training and delivery.
