      Excellent people...everyone cares about you even outside of work Meaningful work...you are not selling a meaningless product, you are actually having an important impact Great benefits....very flexible paid time off. As a new employee you get 20+ days off!

      Cons

      Hours can be long and be prepared for heavy travel Management can be obtuse Never give more than 2 weeks notice before leaving
