It will be a pleasure working here for challenging people, who wants to geek in a specific Oracle technology. 1) Skilled pool of employees and experts in Oracle Products. 2) India M Director - Venkat J is a gem out there. We will see the business close. 3) Very good compensation, office and work culture. 4) Provides an Iphone, High config laptop and WFH option is available. 5) Work life balance is almost good, except few projects.

Cons

I must say, it is a strongly growing company in India and some areas of improvement in terms of deadlines and resource management for each project can be made better.
