Good, average big company to work for

Pros

Lot's of technical projects to work on, lot's of different things to see and do as a production engineer. You get very involved in all aspects of an asset, not just strictly production.

Cons

Average compensation, it is easy to pigeon-hole yourself in a position. They don't really look out for you when it comes to career development + education

Pros

Recent leadership change means the company is investing in projects and people. Everyone has had more training this year than in the past 10. Husky's best days are ahead of it.

Cons

The company is probably overreaching. There is a lot of turnover and in some areas unhappiness. Change is challenging. There is a disconnect from many managers to the people doing the work. There are not enough people to execute.
