Pros
Good pay for what you do. Most of your peers are decent to work with.
Cons
0 leadership from upper management. No accountability for training, or lack there of. Rarely on the farms. The farm I was on was an HR nightmare with female hispanic employees giving the manager shoulder and back rubs to get out of work or days off. Other employees aren't held accountable either. I ended up doung the work of 3 people. Upper management does nothing but point fingers instead of fixing the problems. When I asked to be transfered to R&D or the Hatchery I was told no. At that point I left. Do not expect to ever grow with this company.
