Decent pay and benefits, not much room for advancement

Good benefit package, decent pay, lots of departments to choose from, easy to get time off for emergencies/outside of work activities

Cons

Not much room for advancement, lots of butt-kissing, no free employee meals, clueless upper management, meager raises, not enough involvement from upper managers

Pros

If you like working with the public, it's fine. Management is okay. Co-workers are excellent and fun to be around. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

Don't expect any praise for your work. You are just a pee-on and an extension of the register. Communication within the departments is awful. Customers are uppity and look down on you. No chance of career growth. You are not promoted unless you are "friends" with management, whether you do a great job or not. Pay sucks, and the more you are with the company the more they cut your hours unless you are full-time. Full-time employees are treated fairly, but they don't hire very many so don't expect much.
