Not a helpful smile ANYWHERE!

Its part time which helps out high school students. The customers were very nice. Resonable prices which bring back repeat customers.

Cons

The management do not care about any one but theirselves and the people who are in their clique. The insurance is absolutely horrible. Anybody who is not a high school student cannot afford to work there. You will only get 15 hours if lucky. Managers do not know how to do the jobs employees do. The helpful smile in every aisle is a joke. Everyone back stabs the other employees.

Hire young people, decent pay for highschool, some flexibility with school schedules, and cashier experience will help to get a better job in the future

Cons

Management is somewhat wishy washy. I had some really great mangers, but also some that thought they were a whole lot more qualified than they were.

HyVee is a small company in which you can get to know other people you are working with pretty well.

Cons

The store director has too much involvement in the pharmacy department and does not allow the pharmacy manager to actually manage their own department.
