- Employee benefits - hotel discounts, 401k, medical, dental and vision, stock options - Great People to work with. Most are willing to help you succeed and are of strong work ethic - Great Product - reliable service and quality of the hotels - Vacation days / sick days - Good Corporate Management structure

Cons

- Rumored as lower pay than other chains - Long hours, expected 60 hour work week at most hotels - Smaller hotel chain that some of the other brands (pro & con)
