Cons

Multiple layoffs, execs are in their own exec world, slowly removing all their benefits and their morals, people are quitting like crazy, it's crashing/burning

My team and department are supportive. Profit sharing and PTO are good. There are opportunities to innovate or explore new technologies.

Cons

C-suite and VP level leaders disregard important feedback. Continual layoffs and outsourcing is negatively impacting diversity and morale within the US workforce. Promotions are awarded too long after someone earns them.
