Some of the most amazing coworkers you'll ever have, who truly care about you and your life and career.

Cons

Low pay, despite record profits. Sudden wild shifts in staffing, including layoffs of nearly 25% of the company despite, as previously stated, record profits. The C-levels don't actually care about you, but they'll claim everyone is family. Don't trust companies why call employees "family."

The teams and people at Hyland are great to work with. Nice to be able to work from home.

Cons

Senior Management is awful. You’ll also be blindsided one day that you’re being laid off via email, even if you’re a hard-working, dedicated employee.
