      Pros

      Has an excellent culture and is a very pleasant place to work everyday. It's easy to find a place to fit in. Most people have a one-team attitude, and work together, rather than a competitive attitude found in a lot of larger, traditional corporations.

      Cons

      Has its share of growing pains, although they are trying. Compensation can be a bit low compared to other companies depending on the job area.

      Great work/life balance. Smart,friendly and knowledgeable peers. Great Perks. Working Environment is perfect. Lot of Social Activities to keep oneself engaged.

      Cons

      Excellent for entry level jobs but may not be exciting for highly experienced people.

      Pros

      - Great training program for up and coming leaders, and an organizational development team that is strarting to redefine how Hyland looks at career development - Management who recognizes values and ideas; constant focus on innovation - Fast-paced, dynamic work that is challenging; I can immediately see where I am adding value across the company - Listens to feedback and closes the loop on improvement items brought up during employee satisfaction surveys

      Cons

      - By doubling in size over the past 5 years, there are items the company is still working on such as: redundency of data, training such a large amount of new employees, etc.
