Some growing pains with communicating between various offices and don't really get the impression that there is any significant push to do something about it.
Pay and benefits are nothing to write home about, but they make you feel like you should be grateful about the pay and benefits because so may people in the area are out of work. Many of the benefits only benefit you if you're married and have kids. Tuition reimbursement would be great.
Middle management lacks vision (takes orders) and is generally inexperienced and it shows. There are definitely strides being made in this area.

It can get very loud and disruptions are frequent. There aren't enough quiet spaces for those times when you need a couple of hours to concentrate on something without interruption.
Access to equipment for self directed learning is limited and usually you can't do everything you need to do when you do get it.
