      Partiality with testers, mundane task, no automation

      Benefits like gym, Birthday and Christmas gift card

      Cons

      No process in testing No automation testing in any of the projects Testers are paid much less than developer. Developers are always pampered. Developers are always given hike double of a testers during appraisal. Support work, only bug fixing is done in all project in india office. Recent layoff.

      Working environment is great, helpful people all around. Good pay and remuneration. Mentors are a great help and they ate always open to talk about anything

      Cons

      Can be very stressful at Times, lack of space and opportunity to grow. Long working hours, uncomfortable ot schedule.

      Cons

      -Private equity owned, with aggressive financial capital targets that show through in executive behaviors/actions -Frequent reorganizations, layoffs, and changes in direction -Gap between executive vision and how it translates into daily work -Career opportunity is limited for employees outside of India, Colombia, Poland, and other "offshore" destinations
