      Great place to work, for real!

      Pros

      Hyland gets a lot of press, about how great it is to work here. We have slides, an indoor volleyball court, amenities like salons on campus, great diners for food, etc. But what really makes Hyland is the people. Everyone here is focused on the same goal -to be productive and make a change in the piece of the Hyland world you work in. Employees are given the freedom to grow in their roles, and to follow their own ideas. Hyland is the best employer and culture I have ever been exposed to, I really can say that I love my job!

      Cons

      There really isn't much to list here because I haven't had any bad experiences of significance in my time at Hyland.

      Pros

      Christmas gifts, company swag, people are nice and polite

      Cons

      Old school policies, bad pay, benefits are the worst I've seen since 1991. Managers micromanage and there are no growth opportunities. If you are fresh out of college, it is a great entry level place to be. But if you have years of professional work experience and have been around the corporate block, do not bother interviewing with Hyland. Seasoned pros move on quickly. This is a company for fresh-faced newbies only. Older folks won't drink the Koolaid and Hyland does not like that.

      Cons

      I have been able to grow my career here, and there are lots of great perks, but compensation could be better
