      Pros

      Flexibility is so nice, work life balance is like no other company, the perks are endless, the flex days are the best treat, the on-site daycare is the absolute BEST! I could go on and on about what I love about being here. But what I love most is the people. The culture is created by the different personalities, all of whom are working towards the greater good for the company. I love the people here.

      Cons

      Not many. I could get paid more somewhere else, but the pay is still decent and along with all of the pros this is feasible. My happiness matters more than a lot of money.

      Pros

      Work life balance at Hyland is great. The environment is fun and friendly. I enjoy coming to work every day. The company is always hosting cool events during the work day that you can take a break and enjoy. Management is down to earth and helpful.

      Cons

      You have to have great strong management skills and a strong sense of self-motivation. There are always a ton of fun things going on at Hyland, and you'll have to learn how to participate while also working hard every day.

      Pros

      Marginal career growth. Free M&Ms and coffee. An okay diner that’s convenient because it’s in the building, otherwise the food is mediocre and prices way too high. People are generally nice and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Lousy pay (about 50-60% below industry standard to be more specific). There is no clear path for advancement. Scratch that, there isn’t really a path at all, they are constantly re-organizing to get around promoting people (despite bragging of making record profits every year)
