      Pros

      Take care of employees, and really fosters a family oriented environment. Provides opportunities to increase knowledge of OnBase.

      Pros

      I work with great people on my team. We do a lot of interesting work, and I constantly feel challenged here. I learn something new every day at my job, and throughout the time I've worked at Hyland I've developed my skillls immensely.

      Cons

      Our team is very overloaded with work. We're a small team to begin with, but our workload seems to constantly increase, no matter how much we get done or how fast. I often feel like the volume and complexity of the work I do is not understood or appreciated outside of my immediate colleagues and teammates. Additionally, I feel like there is no room for me to grow within the company. With the current freeze on technical promotions, and coming from a small team, I feel like the message I'm getting is "keep taking on more work as if you were being promoted, but without the benefits of actually being promoted."

      - Awesome company culture - Lots of different opportunities throughout the internship - Very casual work environment - Didn't just give the interns busy work

      - Could've listened to the interns a little more
