      The culture and people are great! Fun environment and they really make their employees happy!

      Kind of slow at times, but thats not always a bad thing!

      Good when looking in from the outside.

      Pros

      They throw fun parties. It's nice to take the whole family to those.

      Cons

      Pay grade is low. Further, management will not work with employees to keep them from accepting positions elsewhere. Employees that have found out they are poorly paid will find higher paying job opportunities elsewhere. But instead of throwing in a two week notice, they ask Hyland to match it. Hyland will not budge at all. They would rather lose their tenured employees rather than work with the individual to retain their skill at a fair pay grade.
