      Pros

      Too many to name! Literally the best company I've ever worked for and the best job I've ever had. Hyland has a reputation for being a great employer and they have definitely earned it.

      Cons

      There are people who have complained about not making good money here. All you have to do is know what you're worth and then negotiate your salary when those discussions are happening. You'll get what you're willing to ask for.

      Pros

      Work/life balance is truly encouraged. The on-site daycare is superb. Employee appreciation days and events are always a great time. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Some employees are not satisfied with their pay rate compared to other companies in the area. I've found if you put in the time and effort into the job and keep communication open with your manager they are happy to work with you.

      Pros

      Some in-house services, most are useless like sowing, cleaners and music room.

      Cons

      You have to be relate to someone in upper management to advance in this company. Or you have to break into a tight circle of friends in upper management to be considered for a job. They also will fire you if they don't like you.
