      *Most, if not all, advancement is to some type of management position *Employees who are family or those who drink the kool-aid are promoted *Employees who do not want a management position either leave or are let go *Allows employees to move to different departments to avoid high turnover percentage *Non-free amenities are pricey *Advertised "core values" or the "Sweet 16" are not true *Pay is significanly below market average *Longevity with the company rather than talent is rewarded *Bonuses are an absolute joke *Performance reviews mean nothing *Too many catch 22 situations
