Pros

Good perks and activities all the time. Good people to work with. Company is experiencing great growth so there are many advancement opportunities.

Cons

There are a lot of entry level people hired so there is a lot of ramping up to do and experience for them to gain before really being able to contribute fully. Those with many years of experience are not getting the pay they deserve. Expect to work long hours.

Great work/life balance, the CEO is a classy guy and easy to approach. The benefits are really good and most people who work at the company are really friendly and nice. The company tries to find new ways to make the employees happy to come into work.

Cons

Software production process is kind of a joke. It is a patchwork of reaction to customer requests and customer rants mixed-in with some brief moments of genius. The senior management pays only lip service to quality and makes no serious effort to improve it. The pay is horrendous and mediocrity and working long hours is rewarded. ECM is a boring area.
