      Pros

      People - the majority of my coworkers are driven and motivated to get things done - on time, overtime and right. It's reassuring to know you are in common and good company.

      Cons

      There is some creeping bureaucracy in this growing and expanding company. Some of the middle leadership are not leading but blindly following orders that may ultimately lead to employee and/or customer dissatisfaction. A small few of the upper leadership are driving portions of the ship without foresight or background into what they are changing.

      Pros

      The People: Most of the people are truly passonate about what they do. As with any place you can find examples of everything bad with an employee, but the folks that are good are easy to spot. The Culture: It is very casual and fun atmosphere. You can't complain about free drinks, onsite diner and heavy involvement in the community.

      Cons

      Maturity: There are a number of growing pains. A fair amount of managers are managers because they have been there awhile. I feel that they are starting to bring in more seasoned, outside employees to bring a new vision and foresight to the organization so it is getting better.
