      Sinking ship

      Pros

      They hire anyone with a pulse.

      Cons

      No leadership and poor management. Customers typically suffer because management abandoned their flagship product for delusions of being a cloud company. A lot of corners are cut and the software became quite unstable. Most of the employees that knew how the software worked and were able to maintain or improve it either quit for were fired because for unknown reasons.

      Pros

      Excellent people to work with until you get up to the Management Puzzlement layer. Good Work/Life Balance until you are suddenly purged Some nice benefits, although many are too specific to use.

      Cons

      Pay was inadequate and raises were a joke. Dedicate yourself to your work and get released anyway. Wonky "leadership". We're going to Mars! Now they are figuring out they better try to maintain legacy product. Constantly changing direction.
