Pros

Ping Pong, M&Ms, and sometimes management let us play xbox with them. Benefits are decent.

Cons

The workload is insane, the pace at which you're expected to keep up is extremely unrealistic, and you will sacrifice the quality of your work in a feeble attempt to keep up with the metrics. It's also a dead end with artificial promotions unless you've been a part of the "boys club" for years. For the Lincoln office specifically I've never been in a more misogynistic work place. It comprises of mostly (at the time I was present all) men, who repeatedly share how they hate their wives and don't want to go home. I wish I was exaggerating. I suspect the actual office acts as a refuge/place of leisure for management.

Pros

nice location, office, co-workers, and facilities

Cons

psychotic management, thralls of an investment corp, whole departments can be outsourced/fired without warning, favoritism leads to promotions rather than merit, poor compensation for most

Disappointing experience

Pros

The individual contributors on my team were excellent. Level 1 management was supportive and compassionate. Generally good benefits, incl PTO, LSA, sabbatical. Very flexible remote work. If you are local to HQ, they have happy hours, manicures, massages, parties, which is cute. If you’re far from HQ, sorry bout it.

Cons

Zero diversity in executive leadership. Layoffs. Lack of clear future direction. Too many products that essentially compete and cannibalize each other, and competing internal priorities for how to approach customers. Always touted “customers first” but threw CSMs under the bus in front of customers. Always touted “family values” and then laid off 1000 family members. It all felt very fake and hypocritical. Also agree with others who say pay is less than market value.
