Management is without integrity or accountability, expect to work 24/7, calls and emails nights and weekends, internal department lacks diversity and inclusion and processes, policies and procedures are tedious and meaningless, deception, gossip, low pay, servant to nepotism and cronyism, wfh means more hours online, micromanagement.
